This posting is an audition, we will be selecting 3-5 candidates to do a paid test project after reviewing applications. After picking candidates to do a paid test project we will choose who we bring on as our operator.
Role
The operator is responsible for building the infrastructure of the organization and building a motivated team of True Believers that will help to achieve the company goals. The operator is also responsible for the operational vision of our organization including the implementation of our communications cadence, targeted interactions, and operational systems. Morning huddles, team meetings, team training and reaching targets. This operator should be ready to help run our Inner Circle masterminds, run our in person live and virtual events, help with our coaching and marketing programs. The most important quality we care about for our operator and all employees at the DDP is Integrity, keeping our commitments to each other to do our best, being honest, admitting when we make mistakes and putting our best work out there no matter the task. Responsibilities
Simple Operations System (SOS) - preparing, scheduling, and holding all targeted interactions (daily huddles, weekly team meeting, weekly training sessions) with our team and with individual departments as needed throughout the year.
Document and maintain the 5 core functions (Lead Gen, Lead Nurture, Lead Conversion, Fulfillment, Retain/Refer) Please put in the subject line DrivenDocs4Life are Purple Unicorns when sending your resume.
Maintain and hold the team accountable to the Waterfall (Annual OKRs. Quarterly Prime Mover, 30 Day Sprints, Weekly Team Meeting)
Document and maintain the company org chart.
Understand and maintain the company’s minimum monthly spend.
Review and prepare the Executive metrics (BlueIQ Executive/Team Scoreboard)
Complete and maintain the operational stability checklist.
Project management - reinforce the member-centric mission with the team so that we make certain that we are moving towards our long-term outcomes.

As the Operator you will be responsible for:
Recruiting and retention - recruit game-changing team members and put in place operational systems that ensure they stay with us for the long term.
People leadership - apply DDP systems throughout our organization and reinforce transformational leadership in our organization and create systems so every person knows what their outcomes are, what they are accountable for and what their scoreboard is (outcome, accountability, and transparency).
Manage the communication and projects with our legal partners to ensure we are protected from any legal liabilities.
Managing the creation, implementation, and support for all HR policies, processes, and documentation. Create the employee handbook with the CEO & President.
